Track Calendly forms

Track Calendly form submissions on the website, attributing all future revenue to the website visitor source.

Calendly form tracking enables Able CDP to attribute each purchase, whether processed through Calendly or occurring externally, such as a closed-won CRM deal or a Stripe subscription. This is done by linking the email entered in the Calendly form with the visitor details and subsequently using this association to attribute future revenue to the source.

This allows for accurate reporting of the sources of each conversion that follows a Calendly form submission in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok, as well as significantly improving the quality of tracking the lead form submission event itself.

Enable Calendly form tracking

In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Calendly".

Able will extend its tracking code to include tracking of the form submission in browser. This code links the Calendly identifier of the lead with the browser session, allowing Able to retrieve lead details from the Calendly server-side.

Connect to Calendly

In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Calendly".

Able uses the server-side Calendly API to retrieve all customer details from Calendly, ensuring that Facebook's Conversions API and other ad platform server-side tracking APIs have access to complete customer details, including the email.

Enable retrieval of Schedule and Purchase events from Calendly

In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Calendly".

Able will track each Calendly booking as a Schedule or Purchase event, depending on whether it's a paid or free booking. These events will be attributed to the website visitor and can then be configured to be sent to available integrations.
